Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided by otopakla.com (the "Platform") under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about how your personal data is processed. The data controller is the operator of otopakla.com; contact: info@otopakla.com. (The company name and address will be added to this notice once incorporation is completed.)

Personal data we process

Identity and contact: full name, mobile phone number.
Booking details: the selected business, service, date and time, and any note you add.
Payment details: if you pay online, payment takes place on the secure infrastructure of the payment institution (Sipay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. / iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.); your card details are not stored on the Platform.
Transaction security: IP address and transaction logs.

Purposes and legal grounds

Creating your booking request and passing it to the business you selected — establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
Processing payments and keeping records — legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and performance of a contract.
Keeping the Platform secure and fixing errors — legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).

Data transfers

Your booking details (name, phone, booking information) are shared with the business that will provide the service.
Data is stored on servers of Vercel Inc. and Neon Inc., our hosting and database providers; these servers may be located outside Türkiye. By submitting the booking form you give explicit consent to this transfer.
If you pay online, the necessary information is shared with the relevant payment institution.
Data may be shared with competent authorities where required by law.

Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any disputes; payment records are kept for the minimum periods required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. Send your requests to info@otopakla.com; they are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
