otopakla.com (the "Platform") is an intermediary platform that connects car owners with car wash and car care businesses. By using the site you are deemed to accept these terms.
Nature of the service
- The Platform lists businesses and passes booking requests on to them. The washing/care service itself is provided by the relevant business, which is responsible for performing it.
- A booking request is final once the business confirms it. If the business does not confirm or cancels the booking, any payment made is refunded.
- Business information on the Platform (name, address, location, etc.) is compiled from open data sources and from the businesses themselves; we make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date but give no guarantee. To report an error, write to info@otopakla.com.
User obligations
- You agree to provide accurate information that belongs to you in the booking form.
- You may not use the Platform for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
Intellectual property
The Platform's design, software and content belong to otopakla.com and may not be copied without permission. Business data may be compiled from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence).
Limitation of liability
The Platform is not a party to the service relationship between the business and the user; responsibility for service quality, any damage to the vehicle and similar matters lies with the business providing the service. Mandatory consumer protection provisions are reserved.

These terms may be updated when necessary; the current version is always published on this page.
